SPARC operate an online box office only; we cannot sell tickets over the phone and we do not have a physical box office where you can buy tickets in person.
We do not charge commission on tickets, however our ticketing suppliers will charge a small commission (usually 4-10% of the ticket price) to cover their payment processing costs.
All tickets bought through our website are e-tickets that can be printed out or shown on a phone.

For most events, tickets are also sold through ticket agencies chosen by the artist. Please check the individual event listings to see which agencies are selling for specific shows.
Please note that ticket resale sites such as Viagogo, Get Me In and Gumtree are not agents with official allocations. We will not have any record of tickets purchased through them and therefore may not be able to admit you to the event.
Any tickets left unsold by the night of an event will be available on the door, however please be aware that we do not hold back tickets for sale on the night.
Door sales are cash only.
Returns & Refunds
SPARC does not have a box office, therefore we cannot take returns. If you have an issue with your booking it is best to contact the agency you used directly.
Most agencies do not take returns or offer refunds.
If you have lost or forgotten your ticket most agencies will be able to re-issue it or arrange for a duplicate to be waiting for you at the door. Contact details for the agencies used are on each event’s booking page.

We will do our best to let you know if more tickets become available to a show. Please include the name of the event in the subject of the email.
Please be wary of all ticket resale sites for instance, Viagogo, Get Me In and Gumtree. As these are not agents with official allocations we will not have any record of your purchase and therefore may not be able to admit you to the event.
Failing that, we do not operate a box office, so there is no waiting list for returns. If on the night anyone has a spare ticket they are welcome to sell it on, so long as it is not at an inflated price. This is obviously very hit and miss but sometimes means there are a couple of tickets on the door.
Event organisers choose whether or not to have a concession rate and who is eligible for a concession, which can vary from event to event. In most cases there will be a limited number of concessions tickets available.
Please check each individual even’s listing for details of concession rates.
If you do purchase a concession ticket please bring proof of eligibility on the night of the event.
If you have a ticket to collect, we will have your details at the door. Tickets can only be collected when doors open. Please make a note of which agency you used and bring you order reference number. You should also have a piece of ID, ideally the card you used to pay or picture ID, such as a driving licence.
We will not have your details in advance, so if you have any questions, it is best to contact the agency you used to book your ticket.
If you bought tickets as a gift that need to be collected on the door by someone other than yourself, please contact the agency you used to book. They should be able to change the name on the booking for you.
